Have you found all the answers to your GDPR challenge? Will your company be compliant with the new privacy regulation by May 2018?
With complicated national and EU requirements and the ever-present threat of data breaches, the potential for legal prosecution, high fines, and reputational loss is at an all-time high. Therefore an increasing number of organizations have put this topic high on their agenda. However, varying legislative requirements and difficulty gaining complete accuracy and understanding over data classification and location makes it difficult to get started and how best to practically approach this topic.
During this lunch meeting NGA HR and Inpuls join forces to explore GDPR’s implications for implementation and data governance, the challenges posed to organizations and viable solutions to minimize risk and ensure compliance. Sascha Schneider, data protection officer at NGA HR, and Regine Dhaene, DPO and GDPR practice lead at Inpuls will clarify the legal context of GDPR and the typical use cases.
